1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Titan Training Academy mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Titan Training Academy is a dog training companion app that provides:

  • Structured training exercises and plans
  • Progress tracking and gamification features
  • AI-powered coaching (available on Pro and Elite subscription tiers)
  • Educational resources and training guides

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the App, you must create an account using Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription Tiers

Free Tier

The Free tier provides basic access to training exercises, progress tracking, and limited features at no cost.

Pro Tier

The Pro tier is a paid subscription that includes additional features such as AI coaching, voice chat capabilities, and advanced analytics. Pricing and billing terms are displayed in the App.

Elite Tier

The Elite tier is our premium subscription offering the most advanced AI coaching, priority support, and all Pro features. Pricing and billing terms are displayed in the App.

Subscription Terms

  • Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
  • You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings
  • No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or modify the App
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Use the App in a way that could damage, disable, or impair the service
  • Upload harmful content or attempt to interfere with other users

6. Training Disclaimer

Important: The training advice and recommendations provided by Titan Training Academy are for educational purposes only and should not be considered professional veterinary or behavioral advice.

  • Always consult with a qualified veterinarian for health concerns
  • For serious behavioral issues, seek help from a certified professional dog trainer or animal behaviorist
  • Training results vary based on individual dogs, consistency, and proper application of techniques
  • You are solely responsible for your dog's welfare and training outcomes

7. AI Features Disclaimer

Our AI coaching features (available on Pro and Elite tiers) use artificial intelligence to provide personalized training suggestions. Please note:

  • AI-generated advice is not a substitute for professional consultation
  • AI responses may occasionally contain inaccuracies
  • You should verify any advice with qualified professionals when in doubt

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App are owned by Head in the Clouds Consulting Limited and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express permission.

9. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you create within the App (such as dog profiles and training notes). By using the App, you grant us a license to store and process this content to provide our services.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Head in the Clouds Consulting Limited shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of data or interruption of service
  • Any harm to you, your dog, or third parties arising from use of the App or following its advice
  • Any damages exceeding the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months prior to the claim

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it within the App settings. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases, and we may delete your data.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or via email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
