How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. Go to Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → Titan Training Academy → Cancel Subscription.
Can I use the app offline?
Core training content and local logging work offline. Cloud sync, AI coaching, and cloud breed identification need an internet connection. When AI data sharing is off, breed identification falls back to on-device analysis when available.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. This will permanently delete all your data from our servers. It also removes local app data from your device. If you used Sign in with Apple, you can additionally revoke Titan Training Academy in your Apple account settings.
How do I manage privacy settings?
Go to Settings → AI & Privacy to manage AI data sharing, and Settings → Data & Privacy to turn Product Analytics on or off. Session replay is disabled.
I found a bug. How do I report it?
Email us at support@titantrainingacademy.co.uk with a description of the issue, screenshots if possible, and your device model/iOS version.
